After running the hugely successful LifePilates, Donna Barton launched 2thecore to combine her expertise into a more complete and effective programme for clients.
2thecore has helped everyone from professional golfers to dancers achieve incredible results with expert analysis, rehabilitation and education. Donna makes sure her clients can continue to do what they love while avoiding pain and injury.
Donna has 15 years of experience including fitness instruction at Les Mills, pilates and personal training. Donna has also appeared on TVNZ’s Good Morning show.
